This tasted amazing. It wasn't difficult to make. Always looking for gluten free breads to try as my boyfriend has coeliacs.

I love Bakels multi grain gluten free mix and thought I would try this. In my view the multi grain is far better. The white bread mix tends to melt in your mouth the same as many shop brought gluten free loaves which is not something I particularly like. I will stick to the multi grain mix from now on.

it's not bread but it's close
One the best GF white bread mixes I've tried. Nice light bread like texture, good taste and less of the dry, gritty aftertaste you get with a lot of GF bread. The downsides are the price ( though cheaper than many GF mixes) and the fact that the 'dough' is extremely sticky, difficult to work with and to clean off the mixer afterwards, I followed the instructions exactly but maybe a bit more liquid would make it easier to use.

Bought as said can use in bread machine. Terrible. Awful results. Such a shame but just didn’t work for me.

Not my style of bread. Very similar in taste and texture to softest supermarket white loaf.

This is definitely one of the better gluten free breads I have tried. Very easy to make in my bread machine, I would definitely order this again.
