What is the length? Product picture shows it's 33m but in product information it says 1600

Hi, the answer to your question is that this product is 33 metres long, but comes in two widths (this is the distance from the masking tape to the bottom of the film, when you open it up) - either 55cm or 1.4m.

can it be reused 5 - 6 times?

I wouldn't even be tempted to try. It's a difficult enough task to get it positioned correctly the first time. If you were very, very careful and had many, many people to help, It may be possible to shift it to different areas on the same job, but if you wanted something you could use several times, I'd go for heavier duty plastic sheeting and wide masking tape.

Does it protect against dust? I have some paintings that I've stuck on the wall, but now I would like to break into part of the wall in the same room

Yes it will. You might like to consider putting extra masking tape onto the side that don't have adhesive on them. be sure to remove the masking tape asap after you completed the task as it may stick too firmly.
