Works in Texas.
I don't know. It has a different component (Chloropheniramine Maleate). It's not in Benedryl or Zyrtech. This finally got rid of the allergy problems I have been having since living in N. Texas. It's cheap, so if the other allergy tablets aren't working for you, try this one. My local pharmasist recommmended it.

Non drowsy.
I prefer this allergy medicine over most because it keeps me from getting drowsy and also is very effective in preventing allergy flare ups. They are small and easy to swallow. They normally last around 4-6 hours for me. Love this product

Alternative to Zyrtec that works
I believe this is the active ingredient in the tablet that used to be marketed under the name "Chlortrimeton". The only allergy pill that works for me that doesn't make me aggitated (Sudafed) or sleepy (Benadryl).

GREAT PRODUCT AND IT REALLY WORKS!
EXCELLENT PRODUCT! Do not pay high prices for Zyrtec, Claritin, Flonase, etc.....this medicine really works well and it is budget friendly.
