It’s an amazing little tool, however the screws don’t flush properly so be careful when using it as one of my screws fell out when doing my sit-ups 😂 even though we had tightened it!!

One of the black lock rings was defective having no metal nut inside

Was not easy to assemble. I had to look at images on here to have a better perspective on how this was to be built. The holes didn’t seem to match up with the other holes what where supposed to match- it took me 45 mins to clock this. But it’s a bit tricky to build then all of a sudden it started clicking together. Instructions are BS.. there wasn’t any point in looking at them. As I said I had to come here to see an image on what it actually looked like. I have done 50 crunches per day and will gradually increase week by week. I am on a 6 week burn program and on a calorie deficit. I am looking to tone my abs. It does slip on the ground when doing the excercise, so I have bought a mat to prevent this but over all satisfied with this Shall come back and show some results if I get any. You do feel it working on your tummy so that’s a good feeling to know that it’s working

Used three times and one of the plastic bits broke. Should really use metal to make it sturdier

Sit ups very easy and quick

Small box when arrived but fairly easy to put together (I got a few bits wrong way round). Bit of a pain to store at full size but can break down easy enough for a cupboard. Good for men and women alike
