Difficult to know if they really work or not.
As with most supplements it’s really difficult to tell how effective they are. I got these in the hope that it would keep my face skin good and soft. Appears to be working but whether it’s due to the collagen pills is so difficult to tell anyway, I’m taking one every day and I’m gonna keep on taking them

Highly recommend
I find them easy to take, I've always had strong long nails but since the menopause they have become thin & brittle, after taking these for 2 month I've noticed a remarkably change, I would highly recommend.
