Works really well
Tried this for the first time and am now a fan. No longer having to buy special jam sugars, just use regular granulated and add this. The amount you use depends on the volume you are making. Really works well for those fruits low in pectin to ensure a good set. Just mix the pectin powder with the sugar and cook as normal. Once tub is opened needs to be used within six months.

Xanthan gum- Absolute game changer for my ninja creami recipes, was struggling first few weeks to get a good texture on my low calorie recipe, needing more “fat” to get better texture but as little as 2 grams in my mixture has turned them from icy to beautiful thick ice cream
