Is this a toner that you apply on its own? Or do you need to use it with 1 or 2 part developer?

No its a very strong stain if anything you have to cut it or it will really gray/white your hair, if you do it right it adds filler and evens your hair from the salon screwups, this stuff evens the tone from yellowy orange to a pale baby blonde without damaging with the use of peroxide which really screws up the hair, they don't like using these type of toners because it hurts their business proves how bad they do hair nowadays, and a dozen other reasons, it washes out slowly, it won't lighten, it will even, and you can't keep this in long... minutes to seconds from the time you spread it thru

Yes , it’s used after bleach to take away any brassy tones . It is temporary.

Not worth even trying!

I bought this because Amazon had no Wella T18 in stock. T18 is bloody amazing where as this was awful. Left me with a mixture of purple and brassy hair!

Pearl white toner

This product did what it said, I wanted it to tone down the brassyness of my hair ends, unfortunately it went very Grey, my fault as I chose the wrong shade. Would use again with the correct shade.

Purple shampoo

This is a purple shampoo at most. Proper toners need a developer and don’t genuinely foam up. It did smell nice and did leave a silver tinge on my hair but that faded within a couple washes

this one was definitely the best and did exactly what I wanted

I really wanted an ashy look to my ombre style and tried a variety of shampoos and toners to achieve this; this one was definitely the best and did exactly what I wanted. I left it on for the maximum time as wanted quite a silver tone and am very happy.
