Rubbish
This is the worst item I have ever purchased from Amazon. The chocolates stuck fast and would not release. Waste of money. Stick to silicon, so much easier. There is just no flexibility in this product which in my opinion makes it not fit for purpose.

As a chocolate maker, I find this polycarbonate square mold absolutely perfect for crafting my favorite pralines. The size is ideal, and it works beautifully even when using a chocolate stirrer. When the chocolate is properly tempered, the pieces release effortlessly with a flawless shine. Another great advantage is that the mold stays very cleanโthereโs no need to wash it after every use if your tempering is done correctly. Truly an excellent, professional-quality mold
