Is this item a pack of 4 tapes?

I have looked back but find my order of these tapes was over six months ago and not recorded. I think the item probably was a four pack although I can't be certain. I have since managed to use them by pulling the tape out manually - much more time consuming and not a satisfactory result - Margaret

How clear is the tape, please?

The tape is clear and transparent so you can see through it.

No unfortunately they are not refillable.

The product description says 12 tape pens. Is this correct?

It looks like they have got their description wrong, it is one roll of tape that you receive in the holder/dispenser as shown.
