not a full chess set
The description says these are like real chess pieces but they are flat backed and there's not a full set. No bishops for either colour and no white knights. So much for making a chess set birthday cake for my daughter.I had also previously bought one of these as a gift for her tutor. Now I'm embarrassed that I have something such poor quality.Chocolate smell cheap and nasty too

They are lovely but......
As I was making a chessboard Birthday cake, I ordered these to top it, they look lovely but I was a little disappointed that they are flat on one side. They do stand up but it's not the same as having a completely freestanding chess piece. I did check the product description and it said "Dark and white chocolate playing pieces" so I assumed they would be exactly like freestanding chess pieces, but I still used them and the cake looked great, especially if you are looking at the cake from one side :(

Was a little bit disappointed with the quality of the mould, was just plastic and became a little bit of a 'naf' gift as can only really use successfully once!

Half a chess piece!! Rip off. Nice chocolate though.
Very expensive considering you get half a piece!! They are completely flat on one side and look daft. I had to buy 2 sets to make a chessboard birthday cake. Absolutely ridiculous. Dear sellers you are acting unethically... please make it clearer that you need two sets for a normal looking chess piece. At least the chocolate is good quality
