It works and its affordable!
My recommendation : If you're new to melatonin, don't start with the full 20 mg dose. Since this product is easy to dose, I'd suggest beginning with a couple of drops (1–3 mg) about 30–60 minutes before bedtime and increasing only if needed. I like the ability to customize the dose is one of the advantages of this product, making it a better option than fixed-dose tablets. It works quickly. By far the best I have tried

Sickening Syrupy taste
Works much better than the tablet version, but WOW! It has a sickening syrupy taste. Better have something “non water” waiting on the sidelines. I actually sleep better with the liquid vs the tablet. The only thing that’s weird, is the dropper only sucks up the liquid to the 1/2 mark. So, when you get to around 11, you have to stop, reload and finish.

I use this product. It was pretty good. Would I buy it again ? Yes,It took too long for me to fall asleep but all in all it was a good product. It did work. just expected faster results, but I probably didn’t use enough..

Inconsistent product - this batch was way too thick & over-flavored, I had to throw it out!
I have bought this a few times and it works great, tastes OK. However, this batch the liquid in the bottle was 2-3 times as thick as normal and looked very "milky." The taste seems like they put about 10X the flavoring it used to have, not sure if it's purposeful or I got "the bottom of the barrel" but I am concerned about using it and had to throw it out. I want to buy more (I have so many allergies; these liquid drops were the only ones I found I could take) but I am scared it will be the same. I am also concerned how safe it is. Does it have 10X the melatonin too, or does it have none? Who knows when you have an inconsistent product!!!
