For rotator cuff injury. Works fine. Easy to adjust. Hooks over top a of door. Hook is larger than standard door width so had to pad it bit with facecloth which was pretty simple

Bought for rehab purposes after my husband had a rota cuff repair & physio recommended. Works well and is sturdy. Helps a lot with daily exercises.
