Q: Is this real leather?

Leather strap (soft manmade lining). Foot sits on leather innersole. Foam padding and moulded ribber sole. Material toe cap. Comfortable but wouldn't use for a long walk! Hope that helps mate.

I think that 44 size was better.

Q: All sizes are listed except size 7. Why is size 7 missing?

No idea why 7 is not listed, but I found the sizing to be a little small, so I think opting for an 8 might work for you.
