Christophe Robin Hydrating Melting Mask with Aloe Vera 200ml

This is lush!! The smell is DEVINE!!! And you can smell it on your hair all day until you wash it again. Smells so fresh and clean and like a salon treatment. The only downside is the price it’s spenny just to have nice smelling hair. It does make my hair feel soft and light there’s no heavy product build up from this it’s just lovely but I wish it was cheaper so I could buy it all the time and use it everyday. As a pamper product couple times a week it’s worth it. Even at reduced price it’s too much.

I've noticed a real difference in the texture of my hair after using this. My hair had been dry after pregnancy. I stopped using conditioner entirely and just use this alternating with K18 and my hair is shiny, light and I have less breakage.

I used it all, and I could say I see the difference now. My hair is smoother now.

Really good conditioning masque, transformed my hair, made it very shiny and improved its condition - and yet it isn't heavy. Stays good after use - I wash my hair around every 4 days when using this stuff. Only needs to stay on for 2 minutes before being rinsed out, too

Makes my fine coloured hair nice and soft without weighing it down.

I really wanted to love this product, but it didn’t wow me. Looking at the ingredient list, I can see why it’s a great option for curly hair. It doesn’t contain silicones, so it won’t weigh curls down or interfere with curl formation. If you follow the Curly Girl Method or simply prefer silicone-free formulas, this is definitely a plus. For straight hair, though, I think it’s just… okay. It provides decent conditioning, but I didn’t notice anything exceptional in the formula that would make it stand out. Personally, I think there are more effective alternatives at a lower price point. I had to close this mask with another conditioner to keep the moisture locked in the hair. For example, Joico masks offer a more advanced conditioning system and leave my hair feeling noticeably softer and smoother. Even Garnier Aloe Vera Hair Food, despite being much more affordable, delivers excellent hydration and gives me better results. Overall, I’d recommend this mainly for curly hair due to its silicone-free formula. If you have straight hair, there are stronger and more budget-friendly options available.

Super masque pour cheveux, que j'utilise en masque, en après-shampooing et même en low-poo. A la fois efficace, les cheveux sont hydratés, ultra doux, démêlés parfaitement, sans qu'ils ne soient graissés par le produit. Formule clean, ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas avec cette marque... je recommande ++++

This is my first time using this product but I have tried other CR treatments. I love that they are yuka approved with clean ingredients. This is a nice creamy product that works well for my fine, somewhat frizzy wavy/ curly hair. Feels good going on and has a light fragrance, not overpowering. Definitely helps with the frizz. I will continue to buy this. Very happy with it.

J’ai commandé un produit de la marque Christophe Robin via Amazon (le masque fondant hydratant à l’aloe vera) et je l’ai reçu sans aucun emballage ni scellé, ce qui donne clairement l’impression d’un produit déjà ouvert ou utilisé. J’ai demandé à Amazon et au fabricant si cette absence d’emballage et de scellé était normale. Amazon n’a pas su me répondre, malgré avoir affirmé avoir interrogé le fabricant. J’ai donc contacté directement le service client Christophe Robin, pensant obtenir une réponse claire. Au lieu de cela, j’ai eu droit à des échanges inutiles, des demandes d’informations personnelles, et au final aucun retour concret. On m’a même renvoyé vers Amazon, alors que j’avais déjà précisé que ceux-ci ne pouvaient pas me fournir de réponse. Ce manque total de transparence est inacceptable pour une marque censée proposer des produits haut de gamme. Le doute plane sur l’intégrité du produit, le service client est inefficace, et personne n’assume ses responsabilités. Je retourne donc le produit pour remboursement et je déconseille vivement cette marque. Première et dernière expérience avec Christophe Robin.
