My water conections are 1/2 inch and the existing conectors dont fit. How can I find adaptors or 1/2 inch conectors in Greece

I used a plumber so I don't really know what he did. Sorry

has this got uk parts for use in the uk?The question and answer section has different answers and the Company have not been helpful for worried UK cus

Yes but it comes from America. The only part I needed was an Uk adaptor and this was supplied free of charge! . The American Customer Sevice was superb.

Do you have to keep holding onto the water handle in order to keep the water flowing or once the water is going you can let go of the handle ?

once the water is going you can let go of the handle ?"

does this product work with no hot water connected or mixed water connected to cold inlet only?

The box comes with a hot water cap, which you can screw onto the hot water inlet on the back of the bidet. This will allow you to use the bidet with cold water only. Hope this helps.
