Amazing
I bought these insoles after they were recommended by my sports massage therapist, and I’m really glad I did. They’ve definitely helped ease the knee pain I was having, especially during and after long walks or runs. At first, they took a bit of getting used to, but once I adjusted, they made a noticeable difference in comfort and support. They’re really easy to move between different pairs of shoes, which is super convenient. I’ve also hand-washed them a few times to freshen them up, and they’ve held up perfectly with no issues. Overall, definitely worth the money a small change that’s made a big difference!

The best replacement sports insoles!
Yes, they cost a lot of money compared with other options, but these will be the best replacement sports insoles you can get. I use mine in a pair of North Face Hedgehog low hiking shoes, they are thicker than the originals but still a good fit and they are VERY comfortable! Update: I've bought another pair to fit in my Merrell All Out Blaze trainers which are my day to day work shoe. Super comfortable and well worth paying 1/3 of the cost of the shoes as an upgrade. I work 4 lots of 12 hour shifts and even at the end of the last shift my feet are in great condition! Update 2: Bought a third set of the green which I'm using in a pair of Salewa Mountain Trainer High boots. Used these recently on a week's hiking and scrambling holiday in Snowdonia. Couldn't be happier - no rubbing, no sore spots and only tired feet at the end of the day.

Alright, but not the solution for plantar fasciitis
Check out a review I wrote on another pair of insoles (Orthotic insoles Full length with arch supports), plantar fasciitis is linked to anxiety, and it only disappeared entirely (after lingering for nearly a year) once I dealt with the anxiety (which I didn't know I had). The sock doc is a great website to learn to stop torturing yourself with exercises (esp the stretching you think makes you feel better) and learn about trigger points in the calves, which are the real source of your issues physically that you can act on - of course anxiety needs to go too, but if you don't believe what I'm saying about it, at least read about trigger points - that work alone got me to the lingering stage, rather than staying as the "I can't walk or stand" stage. Good luck Oh sorry, about these insoles, I don't know really... I had to cut them to size, but they didn't feel right in my shoes, like the bump was at the wrong place, and I never got to put them so they felt right. As I'd already cut them I couldn't return them. The fabric on top is very synthetic, like in cheap sports shoes, and I don't like the feel of it. They are light otherwise, and if they had fitted well in my shoes, I think the support felt right. If I remember well the packaging makes it possible to try the fit hygienically (they are in a plastic bag) so you can try them for fit. Unfortunately even with hindsight I couldn't say how to make sure they will fit fine the shoes, so no advice on this. I have returned to my usual soft half insoles from scholl and others, because I've very rarely had a bad fit from them.

Helped ease planter facia pain
Was a bit sceptical buying these, but definitely worth it, as a manual worker, i'm on my feet all day, i seamed to have developed planter facia pain that was just getting worse and worse. These helped ease the pain and definitely supports my foot, whilst not a cure, they stoped the pain from getting worse, and after a few weeks using these inserts my foot has somewhat recovered considerably. Highly recommended.

Not particularly wide.
These look good quality, but were sold as being the best fit for roomy shoes. They are significantly narrower than my feet.

This Solved my Flat Foot Pain
I bought two pairs:one for my everyday shoes and another for the long hours I spend working in the NHS. I’ve tried several insoles for my plantar fasciitis, but none gave me lasting relief. These have genuinely made a huge difference and significantly reduced my foot and leg pain. Very supportive, comfortable, and worth every penny.

Truly the Best Insoles for Foot Pain
I have been wearing Superfeet Green insoles now for nearly a decade. I have tried other brands, and even other models of Superfeet insoles (blue, berry, copper, and orange), but none of them have worked as well. At least in my experience, the build and quality of these insoles have remained the same every time I have replaced them. I tried these for the first time about 10 years ago when I developed a serious case of plantar fasciitis. It was bad. My job at the time required a lot of walking and my feet just couldn't handle it. Someone recommended that I try Superfeet, and at first I had no idea which of the insoles they make would be best for me. I have very low arches that are borderline flat, so naturally I first tried insoles for my actual foot type. They were ok but didn't really make a difference with my pain. So I decided to try the Green even though it was advertised for high arches. THAT is when I discovered my soul mate was a shoe insole. Everyone is different but let me tell you what to more or less expect if you've never used these before. These are not your typical cushiony, pillowy insoles that make you feel like you're walking on air. These are solid, and the foam is very dense and firm. I can see why this may put some people off; after all, at first feel they seem like they'll only make foot pain WORSE, not better. And truth be told, they DO hurt if you're not used to them. Seems counterintuitive, right? It's important to be aware that this initial discomfort is NORMAL and very common amongst first time users. In the beginning you may feel frustrated for having spent this much on insoles that seem to make the pain worse. But trust me, you NEED to give them time to break in. Your feet are likely not accustomed to this level of support, and yet that's exactly what those feet need. Especially if you have flat feet or low arches. These insoles force your feet into a more arched position which at first feels completely unnatural. But flat and low arches can bring on issues like knee and hip pain from taking on more weight that is more evenly distributed by those with normal arches. So yes, they are uncomfortable at first. You need to ease into them at your own pace. Wear them for an hour a day, then two hours, and so forth, and eventually the pain will not only go away, but you'll be amazed at what a huge difference they make. I use them in my everyday walking shoes as well as my running and trail shoes. No matter what the activity is, these insoles allow me to do it pain free. There are a few things to be aware of though that can't really be changed. Because they are so firm and don't really have any "give" when weight is applied, it COULD potentially change the way your shoe fits. These fit nicely into my medium width shoes as well as my wide fit shoes, but the fit is snug. It also will raise your heel somewhat. I've never found them to raise it so high that the shoe is unwearable though, and my feet still feel secure in the shoe. In fact, this slight heel raise has actually helped me wear shoes I couldn't before because of heel rubbing. These lift my heels just enough so that I no longer have that issue. The one thing I don't like is that these insoles can potentially change the performance of the shoe. For example, I have a great pair of running shoes that have a "springy" heel which feels really great when I do speed runs. But the springy-ness is noticeably dulled when using these insoles. Superfeet make a different insole that is specifically designed for runners, but nothing has been as good as the Green for pain relief and support. And ultimately that's more important to me. Hopefully this information helps you in your insole search quest. Remember, have patience, break them in and don't give up on them the first day. Your aching feet will thank you later and you'll wonder how you survived all this time without them.

These insoles fit better people with medium arch rather than with high arch.
I like these insoles. I have a medium arch. However, these High Arch support insoles fit me well. I think that people will actually high arch might find these insoles insufficient for proper support.

Love these insoles
I have used them for 10+ years and they reduce knee and ankle pain on long hikes. The green ones have good arch support. I now use in all my shoes including dress shoes for work - just wish they had a cheaper multipack.
