How many teaspoons make 1egg equivalent

Average teaspoon is 5g. But we would advise you to use scales and follow guidelines: 100g of egg powder and 300ml of water = 400g of liquid egg. Always use a blender when mixing with liquids. Egg Powder dissolves best in water at temperature of 35-40°C.

If I order 10kg of whole egg powder will it come in one big container or twenty 500g containers?
