Tefal FV5640 Turbo Pro Anti-Scale Steam Iron, 2600 W, Dark Grey/Turquoise/Silver

It is a good iron, easy to clean and hold. There is one problem and that is that it spurts out steam when you are not expecting which is quite dangerous as I have burnt myself, mildly, but I have got used to it as I am aware of it. I have bought Tefal irons for a number of years now but I would not buy this one again. I did read a review which said all the above which I ignored so I will say buyer beware.

Great product and "does what it ways on the tin". Works well and very effective steam function. As with all steam irons there is the occasional "belch" of steam which can be a surprise and bring through contamination in the water. Recommended

Good quality product value for money, would have like more flex which would save me using an extension but i would buy this iron again

I was excepting a better quality from Tefal , the iron is made from cheap plastic but the sole and steam are very good except that is leaking, I tried immediately after delivery and it’s start dripping everywhere, I am so disappointed I didn’t expect it This is a second review after a few days of use , I stained all my white shirts because it’s dripping a lot and it’s not an xl tank much much smaller, don’t buy this at all look for other models cause this one it’s total waste

Great product as it breezes through the ironing. Can sometimes drip water on clothes but only if it is heating up.

Irons really well, no residue or drips so far.

The power cord on the iron is short. Just under 180cm. With a 150cm long ironing board you have to get the board pretty close to the electrical socket. Steam is either on or off and when it's on, it's really on. This is one angry iron.
