Prime Wireless Pro Piano Gloss Powered Speakers - Pair

I have two High End systems, Bryston, OPPO, Snell, Velodyne F18, so I know what high end audio sounds like. I stream with TIDAL. Bought these to put in a 900 SF shop. I set them up in my listening room just to see how they sound and they are terrific. Not the wide sound stage and imaging with the Bryston system but still very good. They struggle on Bach's Toccata and Fugue in D minor, but my gosh they don't claim to go down to 20 hz plus or minus 3db. But they do go down to 45hz and that is pretty dog on respectable for these little speakers. You can always add an SVS sub. I am very pleased. For the money they are a bargain.

I have no idea what the others are writing about when they rate the sound of these speakers as very good. This set sounds average and does not have an equalizer. Good luck to all buyers, don't forget you will have to pay for return shipping.

Sounds... like a THOUSAND BUCKS and more. I've upgraded from Presonus Eris 4.5, which is a budget studio monitor. In terms of sound I have no words, it's a sexual experience. In terms of looks, well, some people like it, some hate it (I've learned to love them). Volume control is cool and has nice animation on a display, hiss is very minimal and not annoying (it was VERY annoying on Eris). I wish it had power On/Off on the front as I use it for near field Desktop PC. I use Optical connection and it sounds great. Bass is very good for my taste. As a Desktop PC nearfield monitors they work great, auto on/off is not a problem, I was a bit worried about it. Buy it!

Excellent sound quality. Difficult to maintain a connection with an older Samsung TV. Direct connection never achieved (hard wired), with hours expended. As a retired Electrical Engineer I had hoped for better. Ended up having to buy a new TV for consistent wireless function. Amazon tech service very little help until I was bumped up to second-level Tech.

These speakers are awesome for what they are. To me that’s a better solution than a sound bar. A $900 sound bar can’t sound as good as these two stereo speakers. They sound pretty awesome. The display is slightly tacky looking but it’s also what a lot of modern solutions are missing (IMO). I forgot what it was like to get an actual volume indicator, an input read out, or song information. I like being able to turn the volume exactly where I know I like it. The presets are worthless to me but I appreciate the option is there. Just wish they would add support for Apple Music since thats my primary source of music. They are slightly overpriced but right now nothing competes with the combination of sound and connectivity. My biggest complaint is that the preset lights stay on when connected via HDMI and in standby mode.

Updated Review 2/12/25: I bought these again to make sure my first review didn't prematurely write them off. This time I had the speakers tied to an SVS SB2000 pro and the sound was much better, however, the DTS app still sucks and the speakers don't get loud enough. For the DTS app, there are advanced settings where it has auto reconnect, et al and for the life of me i can't find anywhere in the manual, SVS site or other what each of the advanced features does. I wanted to have my last bluetooth device reconnect automatically and eventually i got there through trial and error, but if the manual just said what each item did i would have saved myself some time. In the end though, I workout while listening to music and the speakers just can't get loud enough. It is clear at moderate volume but isn't made to be cranked up. They ended up being returned for the second time. Original Review: I am and always have been an SVS fan. Before SVS, I thought my harman kardon subwoofer was the best thing out there but boy was I living under a rock. My situation is I have an HDMI arc TV and a peloton that only talks via bluetooth and I needed something that could handle both connections. Previously I had a sonos amp that I had a bluetooth receiver connected and used RCA plugs as line in to the Sonos. While that worked for years, I always thought avoiding the RCA connections would make my sound better, plus being an SVS fan, I had a good experience with their prime satellites with the nice even and flat sound. So I spent $700 minus taxes and got the prime wireless pro's. Connected to them I bought an SB1000 subwoofer. Once those were hooked up I had two reactions: 1) the sound felt terribly flat and 2) the play-fi software blows. It's sad because just a simple thing as trying to switch inputs from the app isn't possible and you have to hunt down the remote or get up and walk to the speakers to change is annoying, especially at that price point. The other reviews said it best. The speakers themselves look beautiful, are nice weight and truly do have good sound. But for almost $800, here is what should be better: - the vocals are flat and I couldn't hear the instruments clearly vs everything else being played from my songs - turning on my TV, the speakers don't automatically switch to HDMI Arc. You have to manually walk up to the speakres and change the input. - the present buttons on the speakers aren't very useful. i programmed one to be the HDMI Arc input, but that's it - the app is terrible. I had something playing via bluetooth and I went into the app just to look around and it immediately changed inputs on me and i couldn't change it back until i physically went up and switched it back to bluetooth - the radio buttons for volume and sources in my head are reversed. i'd expect volume on the left and source on the right but they're the opposite. - the grill has old school plastic nubs prone to breaking because it takes a bit of force to get the grills off. they should have been magnetic. A lot of this is nitpicking but I tell you when you spend that much money and have to hear the output everyday, it just can't leave your mind. Unfortunately I am sending these guys back to find another home.

These speakers will fill a medium room with stunning, dynamic, beautiful sound. They are not an alternative to something, they are an audiophile system. 2 small boxes and the world of music is at your fingertips - amazing.

Definitivamente un producto de muy buena calidad de construcción. Sonido digital pero disfrutable, recomiendo ampliamente que se ocupe con un sub y cambia drasticamente todo. Con airplay funciona muy bien pero con un dac externo mejora uno 15 por ciento más. La escena, detalle y sonido un poco más orgánico. Muy buena potencia y diversas opciones de conectividad. Mejor que una barra de sonido bose o sonos etc, sin comparación alguna. Con varias horas de uso se nota mejor desempeño y el agudo siento que se suaviza un poco más
