Waht does the 1r, 2r, 10r mean?

1R means 1 ohm, 2R means 2 ohms and so for the rest. This system of stating resistance is more common outside of the united states.

Can use this resistor for Audio application, I have multiple speakers connected in parallels, I want to add this resistor to maintain the impedance?

Certainly it's a good idea to match the impedance of your speakers with your Amp. These resistors can help you if you do the math. However, deppending on the impedance of your speakers an your Amp, you could rather make some series-parallel arrangement to avoid wasting power in resistors.

Does somebody have the measurements of these so i could try and figure hout needed heatsinks and fans?

The base of the power resistors measures 60mm x 23 mm with two holes for mounting now the terminal ends stick out 12 mm from the end of the resistor. 15 mm height of case and 17 wide case you can covert to inches mm is more accurate.
