They don't give the mg amounts for the ingredients because it's the lowest quality pre workout on the market. Thats why you get 45 servings for £17 when most quality pre workouts are usually around £1 per serving. if you want to make serious gains invest in a quality pre workout and buy cheap protein. I recommend anything by team affinity they also make the strongest pre work out ever made
