This stuff has been a miracle for me. I’ve had horrible mood swings and very high irritability caused by my birth control. I couldn’t even control it, felt helpless, and very unlike myself . This product has been a life changer for me! I suffer from a great deal of mental Illnesses and always hated the prescription meds. I mean maybe at the first doses I felt more uplifted, but daily use in the morning dose nothing to help improve baseline emotional levels for me. Noticed nothing, unfortunately didn't aid in some move improvement with my workouts, just get magnesium, stretch, and breath.

There is nothing wrong with the product or company in itself. However, I battle extreme fatigue depression and anxiety and item did not work as I had hoped and didn't help at all with the amount of fatigue I battle on a daily basis . Even taking long term I didn't notice any change. If your looking for a quick or magic fix this is not the product and honestly non of them are. I have tried so many. Just go to the doctor and get professional help like I ended up having to do.
