The large filters are NOT REUSABLE. They have paper filtration rather than foam. Therefore they are not washable and therefore not reusable.

The material of the monthly replaceable filter (pollen filter that fits on the bigger dust filter) is made of a relatively hard material which doesn’t seem to collect the dust at all. In fact it didn’t turn black after 3 weeks of using it and in addition I was not sleeping well. The texture of this material feels way different to the original Phillips product. Almost as if it were not permeable. I think one should not compromise one’s health and sleep by buying cheap alternatives. I did not feel comfortable using this product.
