It's a stick ! Padded.
I bought this to help stretch my back and shoulders on recommendation of my personal trainer. It's just heavy enough to load the arms and keep it in place whilst moving my arms up and over my head and then from side to side and back once it's behind me.Never thought I'd review a stick but it's well made, long enough for me (I'm 6'2") and the padding is just enough to make it comfortable without getting in the way.

4kg is a bit heavy for stretches
It's a decent product. Wish I'd bought the 2kg.shoulder dislocations are quite difficult with this due to the weight
