I was looking for a short, light weight charging cable for my phone and personal locator beacon (PLB) when backpacking. I have found the MCSPER USB C to USB C, 60W cable works fine for this task. I have not used the cable for transmitting video. The cable measures approximately 7 inches long overall (from tip of connector to tip of connector) and weighs 0.2 ounces. The cable appears well made with braided sheathing and molded strain reliefs. Unlike some reviewers, I did not find excessive force was required to attach the cable to my devices. I also found the cable to remain securely attached once connected. The cable's attachment and detachment forces are in line with the OEM cables delivered with my phone and PLB. Based upon my experience, I would have no reservations recommending this cable to others.

I buy these short cords to hook portable chargers to our phones while we're on the go. They seem really well made, not like the trashy ones you run into.

Not much to say about a cable as long as they work. These work as expected and I’m please with the purchase.

To be clear this is not a data cable, I was in a hurry when I ordered these and saw "Fast charge, high speed..." which they are great for charging a USB-C device but do not use with an external hard drive... You will get USB 1.1 speeds about 35MB/second. My fault for not taking the time to read the details. I will keep them around for a quick charge.
