Feels just as it did when I started using it in the early seventies, and smells identical. Still really good for my skin too. Really good value!

Old fashioned moisturising cream for dry or dehydrated skin. It’s quite a thick and rich cream, absorbs easily and leaves skin feeling refreshed and softened. I think it would suit more mature skin as it is a bit greasy on the face however it could suit all skin types if using on your body for dry skin patches, elbows, etc. it has got a fairly strong perfumed smell which some may find a bit off putting but I find it great after a shower or after shaving. Recommended.

This is a good moisturiser but I was hoping for a really thick, night time cream. Having said that, My skin absorbs this pretty quickly and it does leave skin feeling moisturised and soft - just wanted a heavier cream to slap on at night as my skin gets so dry now I’m in my 50’s.Has a strong perfumey smell too, so might not be great for sensitive skin typesOn the whole it’s ok, I’d buy it again

I have tried a lot of more expensive face creams, but I prefer this one, as it keeps my face nicely moisturized all day long.It s a nice big pot, and is good value for money. I also use it as a skin moisturizer for my whole body. Recommended

Great cream. Been using it for the last 4 years and still works well for my skin. I tend to have super dry skin on my face so this works a wonder. I ordered a 2 pack but was kindly upgraded to a single pack but of bigger volume. (Ordered 110g x2 but got given 285g x1) Great value for money for a bigger size. Will buy again.

When I was a youngster, in the 1960s , used to share a bedroom with my grandma. She always had a tub of ponds dry skin cream on her dressing table which I was allowed to use as and when I wanted. She was in her 70s then but had no wrinkles and attributed it to the use of this cream. Time passed and even into her 80s she continued to use the same regime and died with an amazing complexion. I continued to use this cream and although I have tried many more expensive products I too continue to use this lovely product. It is harder to buy now but it is still the same product that I first used in the 1960s during my early teenage years. I am now in my 70s and not only do I have lovely soft skin with few wrinkles but when I open the jar and smell the distinct aroma of ponds I am transported back to those long gone days and memories of my amazing grandmother.I love it and would say give it a try you may be pleasantly surprised.

It does soften the skin but it feels more like a wax coating than a moisturiser. It doesn't really sink in it dries to a film

Compramos estas cremas para mi suegra y termino con los ojos inchados y en el centro de salud..la foto anexa. Los 2 potes de crema C llegaron sin sello de seguridad, pensamos que era lo normal hasta que vimos como se le ponia los parpados! I bought this cream for my grandmother a month ago and I have to say she’s absolutely delighted with the results her skin is a lot better it’s more softer and moisturised and the tub came in excellent condition no damage whatsoever and 100% recommend it.
