Nutley's Extra Large Hessian Sack, Natural, 66 x 115cm

Really strongly made, and very large - 26" wide, 46" tall. Capacity around 120 litre volume which makes it around the same size as a large dustbin liner.Some types of jute or hessian sacks are thin, flimsy affairs, but this is much better quality.I usually buy hessian sacks for storing root veg, but this one is for a large "Santa" sack. It's big, strong and robust.It accepts Stencilling for decorating, and it's really easy to attach metal "jingle bell" ornaments and wired decorations such as pine cones, festive bows, etc. on the outside. A thick string closure is simple to thread through with a trussing needle, and the top can be folded back neatly if it's not going to be filled completely.I was looking at the natural fibre Santa sacks on Amazon, but most of them were around 19" x 28" which is pillowcase size, ok for stocking 'fillers' for the kids either under the tree or at the end of the bed, but not big enough to stash boxed gifts, and the bigger, pre-stencilled ones were a bit too expensive.This is huge - a big, strong sack which is versatile enough to be multipurpose, to hold loads of small gifts for a ward full of poorlies, a classroom of kids or a family sized collection of boxed gifts.As well as around 50kg spuds.

The sack was fine and just what I wanted. I remember reading a funny review of this product which has just made me smile! The sack worked well on Christmas day to keep presents safe (ish) from the 2 new puppies.

This is a really big sack. But well made.

Good sized sack, covers the whole head and almost half of the body (depending on your height of course!). Quite thin material so you can sort of see out of it but not completely. Bit of a weird smell when you're in there and the fabric is quite itchy on your face but nonetheless, a very good product.

Strong and large; I use these to collect litter and then the contents into wheely bins. They have the advantage of being able to dry-out and of being reusable.

To be fair I bought this to go round the base of an artificial Xmas tree, and it does the trick. It absolutely stunk when delivered so washed immediately, and loads of fibres came away, but I guess that's not what it's designed for. It is after all a veg sack. I double folded let it slouch and tied with a red ribbon and it looks the part. Loads cheaper than the Xmas jute bags too!

The "XL" or "Large" Sacks that are marketed as Santa sacks are about big enough to fit in 2 medium sized presents. Nowhere near big enough for a full haul of kids' gifts. No need for any fancy wording or pictures on the sack for me, as Santa's finery will more than make up for the lack of them, this will do perfectly!

Lots of money for a sack? It’s the only one I could find but it makes a lovely dress and holding potato’s

Die lieferung war komplett problemfrei!!!ich habe ihn als palmenkostüm umfunktioniert und er lies sich richtig gut verarbeiten. Die fussel sind doof aber dagegen kann man nichts machen.

Yo personalmente lo compré para meter el árbol de navidad y que no se viera la base, no es el uso habitual, pero para eso va perfecto ;)
