Very good 50+ multivitamin for men. It has good digestibility, high quality ingredients (vitamins, minerals, nutrients), digestive enzymes, and probiotics. The pill size might be some what large for some people to swallow but it is alright for me. Also, there is no after taste associated with this vitamin. You would be hard pressed to find a better well balanced formulated vitamin for the money.

This is a very good multivitamin for me.......I have used it for years, and with this multivitamin and 1000mg Vitamin C (hints from a Lufthansa stewardess as we crossed the Atlantic Ocean) I have not been sick in years (and I am approaching 80 years old next month.
