This is a great Ebike and I’ve had great customer service. I contacted the seller with questions about my order and they were quick to respond and were very helpful. Back to the bike though, it’s my first Ebike so I don’t have anything to compare it to but this bike has a lot of power! The pedal assist makes it so easy to ride and a lot of fun. The real fun is using the throttle! I’ve got it up to 28mph!! What a rush! It’s also pretty easy to put together it didn’t take my partner & I long at all. The seat is actually comfortable and I love that it has shock absorbers built into it. My one complaint is I find it hard to fold the frame part. I ended up kicking the frame really hard to get it to release. This could be just me needing to learn the proper technique. Suggestions welcomed. 🙂 Also there are a lot of videos online on how to put it together, how to use the bike and how to fold it. They make it look so easy. 😆 Overall I’m happy with my purchase and I would recommend this bike to anyone. Update to add that my rear basket was shipped separately days later which is why it’s not in these photos.

The bike is pretty good and enjoyable to ride. When I first got it, I wasn’t completely satisfied because the tires were much fatter than I expected, and I had never ridden a fat-tire bike before. One downside of the fat tires is that the seat height becomes a bit higher, which makes it slightly harder for my wife to ride comfortably. Luckily, I’m the main person using the bike for daily commuting and dropping off/picking up the kids from school. After riding it for a few days, though, I started to appreciate one big advantage of the fat tires: I can easily ride on grass. That has actually been very convenient during school pickup and drop-off, since I don’t always need to stay on the walkway. Riding across the grass makes things much easier and more flexible. Overall, I’m happy with the bike and like it a lot. One improvement I’d love to see is better built-in security features. For example, a rear wheel lock that can be locked with a key, and an alarm system that sounds if someone touches or moves the bike after it’s locked. I think these features would not be difficult to implement, but would make the bike much more appealing.

This bike has been great for us. The shipping was super fast (was supposed to be a Father's Day gift.) The second bike showed up a few days later. We've used these bikes on a daily since getting them. It's been so much fun. The battery life has been phenomenal. My husband is a more adventurous rider so the durability of the bike has been great. Awesome purchase for the price! Highly recommend!

Good sturdy bikes. A little heavy for us seniors when trying to load them on our vehicle, but we are managing. Fun to ride. My only complaint as of right now is the back brake squeaks after only a few uses. Only had them about a month.

It did not come with a manual. Otherwise, I love the bike!

My wife and I bought two Heybike Ranger ebikes from amazon and both are broken out of the box. One bike will not turn on...with a fully charged battery and the other has a battery that will not charge at all. I have been trying to get help, but get tangled up in all of the "customer service" roadblocks. I did as much troubleshooting as I dare, including checking wire connections battery pins, resetting the battery many times. I believe the problem is in the electronic controller or somewhere in the wire loom. I thought I would try taking the battery out of the other bike to insert in bike #1, only to find that battery will not charge at all (after 24 hrs of charging). I am so frustrated with the lack of quality control. I am also disappointed with the difficulty in getting help to solve the problem. Amazon needs to stand behind their customers and enforce quality control and customer service solutions.

I revise my review because the second bike shoved the next day because if you purchase a combo, it will come into separate packages altogether we put the bikes together. They work just fine if you do not see a manual how to put it together go to the listing that you bought it from and there will be a video Should be the third video. It’s very simple and easy to watch to put together bikes look great there was a minor dent in the fenders and some scratching on the paint but shipping is shipping altogether. They look great they function great I’m happy with my decision.

I bought this bike for my wife. The heybike ranger 2.0. I ride it more than her. I’m 6’5” and 224lbs. I’ve taken the bike in the woods a few times and it did great on some pretty rocky trails. I also rode for hours, up many hills and still came home with 40% battery. The bike is very well balanced which makes riding slow through technical terrain very easy. Folding it up to put in the back of our little suv is easy but it is a little heavy. All in all I am shocked by the build quality and versatility of the bike. I never would’ve thought it would do so good in the woods. And city exploring is so comfortable. I can strongly recommend this bike for a fun day of riding without battery stress.

I like this e-bike because it is reliable, durable yet affordable. Moreover, the size of the bike is larger than my expectation which is fit with my body size and weight (110kg). It has long lasting battery as it has still enough battery charge until I got home from my workplace (30km - house-work-house). In terms of packaging, it is securely packed and delivered to my address. Overall, I have a good experience with this e-bike.

The package arrived earlier than promised with a very few bangs. I assembled while watching a video about it. I am self-directed enough to figure out how to assemble this Ranger 2.0. It turned out to be more of a beast than I predicted. It is very heavy and foldable, but I haven't attempted this feature yet. Initial test drive proved to be smooth, and I have yet to take it out onto the road. Built well and is a solid entry-level e-bike. Yes, I would recommend it to a friend.

Very fun to ride!! Only one thing with delivery, the bike arrived with scratches and brakes discs bent a little bit, had to unbend the discs myself and adjust the brakes so no rubbing when moving! Achievable depending on how its bent. Lastly, for those who wonder, my 10 months old son fell asleep on his first ride with the Heybike! Highly recommended for pure fun and power!

We recieved the bike within 5 days of ordering. It was packaged very well and secure.It was very easy to put together in a little over an hour. I have already put on over 50 km and enjoying it immensely. With it being foldable, it will be easy to transport.
