Yes it works on a 1080 HDTV. You want true 4k buy a real 4k Uhd hdr or Dolby vision tv. Blu ray DVD definite image correction at 1080p/24hz Tad more detail. Refined picture. Clearer picture. Colours little better. Image still looks natural not false or artificial. No drop in smooth motion sensing. You can see more grain in skin. I'd rather have this cable then replace my infinite black pro ultra plasma.

It worked really well in the beginning and then a couple days later it started making a funny noise and then a few more days later bang the thing no longer works it also blow up up my Nintendo switch dock which I am not pleased with but here we go lessons learnt be happy with what you got and don't buy s***** HDMI leads that blow up your equipment I also had another one for the TV we and it did exactly the same so I'm not telling you not to buy it you can do what the hell you like but to Leeds to do exactly the same thing not good good so I'm a nintendo switch dock down and to Leeds down luckily it didn't blow up my TV call down every now and yes I bought a game in one as well well which which blew up the Nintendo switch dock so please take your own advice do your own thing but I'm staying away from this product

Does exactly what it says!! connected mine up to my psvr and it makes the colour bright and picture slightly sharper. I have also watched blu rays With the PS4 set to 720p and it upscaled it to 1080p with good results. It's worth buying but could do with being priced slightly less as that's why I took the one star off. But am very impressed with this product.

If it's 30hz no use for psvr or rift or vive needs to be 60hz or higher unless I am misunderstanding sommat.

Compra imprescindible ,da a la imagen una nitidez increíble mejora los colores es decir estupendo tanto que junto el bdarbee la imagen de un proyector de 720p es maravillosa,comparado con proyectores 4k son semejantes ,supera a cables muchos más caros de renombre No os arrepentiréis

Placé en fin de chaîne vidéo pour un projecteur JVC, le gain sur l'image est assez stupéfiant de précision et de netteté. Il upscale en 4k@24hz 8bits le signal d'un bluray de manière magistrale, faisant croire à de la vraie 4k. Par contre, il ne fonctionnera pas correctement avec une source bluray UHD HDR car il est limité à 8 bits seulement (on a besoin d'au moins 10 bits), les couleurs ne seront pas bonnes en HDR. Ne pas le mettre derrière une box TV car changer de chaîne ou le volume sonore entraînera une petite coupure de l'image très énervante à la longue. Il n'upscale pas les signaux vidéo interlacés, le 1080p50 et 60 hz. Donc pour les amateurs de jeux vidéo, se diriger vers la version gaming du câble.

Como alguien que le gusta ver películas en DVD lo que hace es mejorar los colores y aplica una nitidez muy fuerte además también hace un barrido de imagen para que no se vea tan borroso, algo curioso es que las mejoras también aplican en video juegos(en algunos son muy notorios y en otros apenas se percibe las mejoras)

Funktioniert prima an der psvr v1. Bild ist ringsum schärfer. Leider funktioniert es nicht mehr an der psvr v2. Dort geht der Bildschirm immer an/ an Hoffe die gaming edition ist irgendwann auf auf Amazon Deutschland
