Shoddy and badly designed

arrived damaged (support wire detached at weld) not worth returning as it came from the u.s.a. and tax and duty has to be paid. Even when perfect this product would need some kind of damping to provide a smoother drop down from the cabinet (without this the spice jars bang together in the rack.) Good idea but badly designed and constructed my one is awaiting a trip to the local dump without even being used. Save your money and buy an external rack rather than wasting it on this heap of rubbish!
