My cat has never been keen on using a litter tray and always looked awkward in one because she didn’t seem to have enough room to move into a comfortable position, and she’s only small. I bought a ‘large’ tray from a pet shop but it really didn’t offer much more space. This tray on the other hand is huge! She spotted me filling it with litter, jumped in and went to the toilet straight away no trouble at all!! She looked a lot more comfortable and less stressed - what a result! Still fits neatly in the bathroom despite being much bigger and the high sides are great for stopping so much litter being kicked around. Nice and simple, solid design too. It’s pricey but if my cat continues to use it so happily, well worth it!

Our senior (22 yrs) cat could no longer manage a standard sized litter tray - she's unsteady on her feet so kept standing in her toilet mess and walked it everywhere. This litter tray is BIG and has a dropped edge for easy entry and exit. It is pricey - I have never spent this amount on a plastic litter tray - but the extra room means the cat can move around in it more easily and I'm not needing to clean every hour or so. The extra size also means that I can use more litter which also seems to help, and it stays in the tray when she's done. The surface is still glossy (I've used it a few months now) which makes the tray easy to clean. The cat seems to like it (when I clean it out and put in fresh litter, she sometimes has a snooze in it!) and I don't have to wash carpets every day so I'm happy. Would recommend if you have a senior or infirm cat.

It's fab. Poo and pee doesn't stick to the sides. Easy to clean. Nice and big and very deep which keeps most of the kitty litter inside. 👍😁😍

A very sturdy and easy to clean tray, it’s very large and would be handy for a cat bigger than the adult cat I bought it for. Make sure you have somewhere out of the way to put it in as it’s not something you can ignore in the corner of a room.

This so far is a great size ... i think its shame no colour options.. its so sturdier and has quality feel to it. I imagine the non stick claim to be limited that i wonder if theres a spray to make it non stick for much longer. I only recieved it so literally not tested the cleaning.. my cat now looks more comfortable though which i love. I think its 5.00 overpriced though but if the nonstick lasts long then it will be pricey but worth it.

We have a 10 year old large female cat (6kg) who had started to mess outside of her existing litter tray. We read online that maybe a larger tray would be better for her, and easier to use. Also, because of the entrance end being lower than the other sides, she might find it easier to get in and out. Although sceptical, we gave this a try, and haven't looked back since... She's happy using this tray, and has since the moment it arrived. Because of it's size, it reduces the amount of litter that was usually escaping during a visit. It's also very easy to keep clean. It is big, but it's been a worthwhile purchase. Just wish we'd discovered this sooner. Would recommend, especially for larger & older cts.

This is really big..I thought my last cat litter tray was big but yhis is fantastic. Plenty of room for my girl to do her business in. Shes 17 and has a little arthritis but getting in and out is no problem. Easy to clean, no leeks etc.. and is definitely the best quality cat litter tray ive bought, which for £30 for a non top cat litter tray it should be. Only had for a couple months so not sure of the durability but happy so far.

My order was delivered within 24 hours. This tray is undoubtedly robust, and the heavy-gauge plastic is of excellent quality. Sadly, it didn't suit my large, mature cats: they must have been too set in their ways to cope with a different design! They climbed out over the side, as usual, misjudged the height, tipped over the tray and spilled litter all across the floor. The Sellers deserve all five stars for after-sales service, however. After reading my initial honest-but-unfavourable comments, they insisted on making amends by refunding the purchase price - although I had given away the tray to somebody more appreciative, so could not return it. I had not expected, or sought, this degree of customer care; well done!

I have always used large hooded litter boxes for my cats. Our senior began having difficulty squatting and getting in an out of the hooded box resulting in some accidents, and our large male looked cramped inside it and would not cover his mess. Unfortunately, I could never find a litter box with a wide, low entry for my aging cat. I was concerned a unhooded box would spread litter and uncovered waste would smell. I am so glad to have found this product by PetFusion! I bought two! It has a low entry for my ailing kitty and high sides to keep litter inside! I actually find the covered box smelled more do to it concentrating the odours. I have Maine Coons and our young male is 20lbs! PetFusion Betterbox is perfect for our aging kitty and roomy for our large young boy to cover his mess. The PetFusion pan is larger that my old large hooded litter box allowing more mobility for my cats, yet takes up less floor space due to the curved sides. I was very surprised to find out it actually needed less litter than my old litter boxes, I assume due to the curved sides. I use Worlds Best cat litter and I needed a large and small bag of litter to fill my two old hooded boxes. I only needed one 28 lb bag of litter for two PetFusion Better Boxes, which was more than enough. This is a great product highly recommend it! Healthy for your cats and easier to clean, large enough to accommodate all sizes of cats! Lower entry is perfect! Finally a company that thinks about the pets first!

I needed a large litter box with high sides for my senior cat, who doesn't always crouch as low as she needs to when urinating. This one fits the bill very well in that respect. The interior lining is certainly very slick – I had to rescue a huntsman spider that could climb back up the slippery sides – but I'm not sure that it's especially easier to clean than other plastic trays. I can't say I've experienced problems with cleaning in the past. The main problem is that the very obvious rounded edges between base and sides make this litter box a bit unstable. It won't be a problem if your cat enters and exits by stepping through the cut-away section at the front or if it's agile enough to jump out, clearing the sides. But if, like mine, your cat likes to leave the tray by stepping up onto one of the high sides and briefly putting all its weight on the edge then it will almost certainly rock in an alarming way and in some scenarios could tip right over. (Another reviewer has posted photos showing the aftermath of something like this happening.) I have solved this problem by wedging the tray in place, but the design could be greatly improved by "squarer" transitions between the base and the sides, thus allowing the parts that touch the floor to be as close to the outer perimeter of the tray as possible for maximum stability.

Nice, large and sturdy litter box. It's non stick-ish and works better a lot better than previous boxes. Would have liked a small lip inwards at the top to stop some litter from shooting out (my cats are master diggers), but the majority of litter comes from the paws when they jump out. Very happy with the box and price.
