I dont know, just started taking it today, Monday the 18th, first day, tasty, the second day the pouch did not dissolve, gray in color and the powder was not powder. water tasted like dirt, scooped some out of the bottom tasted it, it was like sand, spit out immediately. This was totally disgusted. This might be some cleaning element, they looked like tiny brownish beads. Please help find what this is. If I find one again I will definitely photo it. Sorry I dumped it out now. The 3rd pouch today was good.

Pros: Tastes great (if not for the great taste, I would have given it 0 or 1 star). Cons: very few packets of the Noobru are in powder form making it difficult to get out and pour into water. It is almost as if the packets get moisture causing the Noobru to clump. I received no response when trying to discuss this issue with Noobru. Questionable: actual effectiveness

I am 84 and can honestly say it has had such a good effect on my brain and fitness. Will never stop taking it.
