It mixes in very well with any liquid: water, juice, etc. I like to mix it with Crystal Lite. Jt covers the slightly salty taste of the laxatives it’s easy to drink, and the bottle size is good for the price you pay. Works usually between an hour and a day. It helps a lot for constipation. If traveling, keep it in the bottle. If you want to have fun at the airport, put it in a plastic bag and put it in your carry on.

I wish I could leave 10 stars. I ve struggled with constipation for years and years and became way too reliant on laxatives. Bad bad. I used this product for three days as directed and have “heard the angels sing” every one of those days. Count me now as a lifelong customer. Zero flavor, dissolves in moments and works within hours with no cramping or discomfort at all. None. I had no confidence in this product whatsoever but was I ever wrong! I wish I had found it years ago. Who knew there was a product that is so economical AND efficient ?! Purchase and use it with confidence!

Works exactly like the morn expensive named-brand. Dissolves best in hot water ( it goes in my first coffee every morning). It has no discernible flavor and doesn't have a gritty feeling at all. Best of all, it really really works. Don't overdo the dosage unless your doctor tells you to or you will live in the bathroom . Good luck!

I've been using this for over a year and it has helped to keep me regular. One cap full (only the inner white section) per day anything more gives me discomfort. I like that it has no taste or smell and completely dissolves in liquid. I tend to add it to hot tea or coffee and you won't even know it's in there.

It works great, no taste dissolves in cold water and easy to use .Helps very fast.

Works just like name brand..not gritty and tasteless can add to juice or water…I prefer water to flush out the toxins
