Keeping a lid on it.
Vitax products are top quality and buying in 5kg containers saves money over buying smaller amounts in cardboard containers. The only gripe I had with this product was getting the lid off which, unless I was doing something stupid, which is quite possible, was a job needing a sturdy pair of pliers and a flat screwdriver to use as a lever. Other than that the fertilizer was fine in grade with no lumps and spreads easily around the borders.

Potatoes Thrived, Cat Confused
Used this in my planters and the potatoes absolutely loved it, I even managed to grow a few decent baking-sized spuds. The plants perked up like they’d had a triple espresso. Only issue is my cat seems to love the smell, she kept sniffing around like I’d hidden a fish supper in the compost, so I had to keep an eye on her. Also, is it just me, or does it smell like those old-fashioned dog biscuits shaped like bones? Not unpleasant, just oddly nostalgic. Overall, a brilliant fertiliser, just be ready for some curious pets and a sudden craving for Bonios.

Excellent Natural Fertiliser – Great Results!
This is a fantastic all-purpose fertiliser! It’s easy to apply and has really boosted the growth of my plants—everything from flowers to vegetables is thriving. The only small downside is the cardboard packaging, which isn’t ideal for storage. I decanted it into an old plastic cereal dispenser, which keeps it dry and makes it much easier to use. Great value for money—I’ll definitely be buying again!
