This is a great product!
I used this to make marshmallows. The flavor comes out good & I would purchase this flavor again. Good concentration, you don't need a lot for small batches. I just ordered a different flavor from this company because I liked this flavor so much.

Potent cheesecake flavor! Great for ninja creams recipes! Great for coffee. Great for baking!
it is perfect for ninja creami recipes! I use it in many other sweet treat recipes on my weight loss journey. Smells like cheesecake! Tastes like cheesecake! It is almost clear in color. I have had zero issues with the cap or leaking like other brands. It will last you forever! Will buy again if I need to but as of now? It’s barely low and I have used it so many times! The price is awesome considering all the benefits. Love it! Love the flavor! I’ve had this bottle for a year!

Alcohol-based - not for drinks!!
Delicious but its base is propylene glycol. It has a very strong alcohol taste to it that’s very noticeable in coffee and is much more suitable in baking.

Terrible Flavor
Zero stars this flavor is absolutely awful. Very bitter and not sweet.

Potent, a little goes a long way. Dropper very useful.
A little goes a long way. Wasn’t sure at first because it’s almost too intense. Needs to be carefully used and preferable either way a bit of other flavoring. Works well in many applications, I’ve used in yogurt, pudding, actual cheesecake and frozen desserts/ice cream. Balance is the key. Good value when you realize how little is needed. The packaging is impressive and the dropper it comes with is an absolute must to use this. This is not like ordinary extracts. Doesn’t change the color of anything so not too yellow which is nice.

Tastes like cheesecake, but strong aftertaste
This concentrate tasted great in cake batter right off the bat, but has a strong aftertaste that kicks in about ten seconds later. It tastes like cheesecake, but once that fades, this aftertaste kicks in. Used 1/2 tsp in a full batch of cake batter, and if it weren’t for the aftertaste, this would be perfect! Other flavors may be good, I just ordered this one bottle to try this company’s extract.
