I take 2 about 1 hour before bedtime but not every night. Sometimes it helps and sometimes it doesn't.

Will the packet be small enough to be posted through my standard size letterbox please?

Sometimes the item was delivered to me in a small.cardboard box . It's been ages since I stopped using these tablets so maybe the packaging has changed . Hope my answer has helped you

The tablets are large and hard to swallow - does it come in liquid form?

I cannot find any evidence that these come in liquid form. The only thing I can suggest is that you cut them in half.
