I've just made buttercream and added your lemon flavour . It tastes really nice and lemony. I've frozen for use later . I've yet to make the cake and will review again when I've flavoured the mixture .

Nice flavouring
This is a nice mellow lemon flavour I’m on my 3rd bottle. If you want more zingy lemon flavour add a bit of juice. But I just made a vegan lemon cake for a celebration party and this was great.
