This set of 4 cheesecloths are so versatile. High quality unbleached fine mesh strains small particles. The edges are seamed so they won't unravel. No lint or stray threads to contaminate whatever you are working with and leaves no taste behind. I hand wash them and let air dry. Lightweight material but will be a workhorse in your kitchen.

Great quality to make cheese at home, unfortunately next time I will need to buy the bigger option available.
