These wheels are AWESOME. It's rare that a product sold by Amazon exceeds expectations these days but this one sure does especially for the price. They fit right into my Aeron chair (no tools required) and are silky smooth on my tile floor and have not left any marks. I wish I had these sooner as my floor got damaged buy the original hard plastic wheels that came with the chair. I'm going to buy another set for my other chair.

Well packaged and installed easily. Pro: These roll really easily with no effort and won't hurt a wood floor. Con: These roll really easily with no effort and chair can't seem to stay in place while gaming, so I am forever trying to readjust the position of the chair. (I may have to put a throw rug down in order to get a little friction) It also makes the chair a tad higher so in its lowest position I'm having to tippie toe to hold my place. (I'm 5"5') This product's s greatest trength seems to be it's greatest weakness.

what can I say these are the Cadillac of office chair wheels!!! So smooth and so easy to roll especially on carpet and so quiet, I would suggest buying these and putting them on any office chair you buy. They are so easy to install and for the value you can't go wrong. Why settle for a Yugo when you can have a Caddy!!!

When you buy a chair you buy a chair- not the wheels. Tires are made of rubber - so are skate and skateboard wheels: as well as shooes. Office wheels plastic... consider that. To any one who is still considering this just know when you bought the chair you bought the chair the wheles were complimentary. PLEASE buy these they are exceptional and stand the test of time. So much so I have bought 2 new ones for home use bacuase I acquired another chair and replaced my old ones not because they were bad - just clogged with hair as this happens over time with anything. And am now taking the old ones to work to put on a diffent chair at work (after I uncleged them the best I could) TLDR Buy it! 100% recommend and worth every penny and will still buy again and again and again. These are awesome replacements for my office chair, better than the original actually! They fit perfectly as advertised, very smooth and even increase my seat height a little bit.
