Will these fit a harbor breeZe fan

These blades are generic fan blades and are designed to fit ceiling fans with fan blade outer holes of 3-15/16-inch width and fan blade outer hole to center hole of 2-3/4-inch width. My fan blade don’t attach with screws. They slip under posts and twist to attach. Will these fit that?

These replacement fan blades need to be attached with fan blade screws and will not work on this type of ceiling fan.

Can you cleanly drill a new hole in the fan blades?

The holes didn't line up for my fan and I didn't want to take a chance for the blades to break so I only fastened two screws on each blade instead of three. I wouldn't recommend doing that, however. It's fine for me because the fan is only used at night and on a low speed.
