Melissa & Doug 10727 Zoo Animals Sound Puzzle, For 2 Year Olds, Assorted Colours Lime Green

I bought this for my nephew who's interest is jigsaws. It's a lovely, sturdy, colourful jigsaw which has the sounds of the animals as an additional bonus. As always with Melissa and Doug products, it's great value. The pegs on the pieces are great for developing fine motor skills too

Toddler loves the sounds and plays with this all the time

My daughter loves this puzzle and the noises it makes however even if you put the elephant piece for example about the snake piece it makes the sound of a snake this vsn be confusing when trying to explain sounds to young children.

Quick delivery. Little one loves them but they go off randomly

We love this puzzle but you need a good light when you are playing with it. We also have the farm animals puzzle and I wanted to return it cos it wasn't working for us for some time but realised you need a good light and it will work well.

Well built and a v good toy. 20 month old toddler didn't find it hard at all so purchase for 18 month ti 21 month perhaps?

This is a nice little puzzle. I had expected the animals to make a noise when my son fit the right shape onto the puzzle but that not the case, I think it's the metal element that sets them off so if he holds the snake over the elephant the elephant makes the noise. I also find that it will just start making noises for no reason during the evening.

My toddler likes it

This is a top quality puzzle and my two grandsons have had great enjoyment playing with this puzzle. They have been able to easily hold the pieces and put them in the proper spots. They have learned the sounds of the animals and the names of them as well. The puzzle is made with top quality wood and is nothing less than I would have expected from Melissa and Doug. I have bought their products before and have been just as happy with this puzzle as I have with every thing else of theirs that I have purchased. The pictures on the puzzle are beautifully coloured and bright. I would recommend this puzzle to anyone with little ones. The battery has lasted for a year without dulling at all. I would buy more of their puzzles hands down, and recommend you try them as well.
