I had been meaning to purchase these tablets for quite some time now, but I was hesitant because I wasn't sure how effective they were and whether or not they were worth the investment. However, after coming across several positive reviews online, I decided to give them a try. I knew that I needed to keep my expectations low since I wasn't going to experience an energy boost after consuming just one drink, which was certainly the case. When the big tablets arrived, they came in long tubes and had a slightly funky smell. At first, I could detect a hint of orange, but then it smelled more like medicine, which was a bit off-putting. I got myself a glass of water and put the tablet in it. Although the smell wasn't pleasant, I decided to give it a try, hoping for the best. When I tasted it, I noticed a funky flavour, but also some orange flavour that helped a lot. I tried to just take it down quickly without tasting it too much, but it was slightly refreshing. It did give me a little bit of energy, but it's not meant to give a big boost. I originally got this for my mom, as she's been feeling weaker and tired lately. I wanted to test it for her, and I'm sure she won't like it, but it does work a little.

I was amazed with such a fast effect of this multivitamin. I have recently been lacking of energy, felt sleepy and tired every day, which is unusual for me considering that I am very energetic person and love fast paced life style. Took first pill after have received it, and was absolutely shocked, woke up next day at 6am without any alarm, feeling absolutely awake and ready to flip a mountains haha :) More so, I compared the serving size of ingredients with many other multivitamins, which are well-branded and more expensive, and can clearly say that the dosage in Berocca is either the same, either even higher but the price is nearly twice lower than another brands. So, it only proves again that higher cost doesn't mean better quality. And one more important benefit of this multivitamin that the capsule is dissolvable in water, which means that our body absorbs it faster than anything that is in a capsule form. Highly recommend to everyone!

I bought them in bulk in Aug only to find the sell by date was Nov 2025, will continue to use as I think they are still effective
