Can you use this on an induction hob?

It definitely does not work on an induction hob. I had to send mine back. The compatable model description is misleading as it states "Smooth surface induction, gas".

Is the pan made of steel. if a magnet sticks it will work on an induction cooker. please advise as i would like to buy one. thank you

No I don't think it does. Was a bit disappointed as one of the pans curved out in the middle of the base after using it a few times...so after that it wobbled on hob.

What is the depth of each frying pan?

It's 4cm deep each pan, with an extra cm to fit with each other when you want to turn the omelette over.
