Does this mount block solar panel hole ?

No. I screwed my camera to the eve of my house and screwed my solar panel about 4” away. I had no problems plugging the solar into the camera. No obstruction at all.

How do you remove from wall with adhesive method?

Mine gave the option of adhesive or screw into wall. I used the screw in method. The camera is easily removable for battery charging.
