I’m just now learning how to engrave and this pen seems to work well. I’m struggling to keep a steady hand but I think that’s more of a me problem. The pen is easy to use and the speed seems good. I highly suggest.

Thought this would be a good cheaper alternative to the popular brand, but turns out you get what you pay for. The design was good - almost the same as the popular brand, and felt good in the hand - and I like the color and that it's rechargeable. I never got to use it tho because the locking screw is made of plastic and the allen wrench just destroys it, if you can even get the screw into the pen to begin with. Never even got it assembled to try it before I returned it.

I haven't had a chance to complete a project with my new "birthday" present.....but it feels like an easy to use tool when I recently practiced how to use it. Lots of options....a variety of bits.....so I'm sure it'll be a good tool to use as I continue to pursue my wood carving hobby.

The first one sent barely ran and wouldn't stay at one speed. I sent it back for a replacement. The replacement only had one speed, not the advertised three speeds and ran out of juice within thirty minutes. It's going back too.

Works like a charm and holds battery life well. Strong for a small drill!

Stopped working after a few uses.

Would have liked a diamond bur because the included burs don't etch glass well
