I'm 5'5 and weigh 143 lbs with hips 40. I usually wear medium. What size should I take in these panties?

Dear, Both M and L are workable. But M would be a little bit tight for your hip. L is perfect for you.

What's the actual size for the Xl

Dear, our underwear is true to size. Just regular X-Large.
