Q: Do you have to do a prewash cycle with this in draw ...then normal wash?

The response from Mr.D.Kelsey is as I understand it correct. I don't have a pre wash cycle so I place the required amount of Eradicil in the wash ball place it into the washer, then wash on a short cycle at 30degrees. When this cycle is ended I then do a normal wash using laundry soap, oxygen whitener as needed and fabric softener as normal.

Q: Does 1 cap mean the smaller inner cap or the large screw on cap?

Sorry large screw on cap. Said it would last for 10 washes or use two caps to if used for full not pre wash. There was enough for five full washes filling to the nearly the top of the large screw top.
