Quality I'd great and after sales service is amazing
Wish I could do more than five stars, not only is this product if great quality, but i contacted ashleigh and burwood for after sales help and they were absolutely amazing.. I can't reccomend this company highly enough

I really don't know how this wouldn't be what you wanted it to be. Fairly expensive part to replace, which is obviously on purpose as everyone has bought a lamp at some point...

Black carbon smoke
I bought one and had to return it. Reordered only to return. Ashleigh & Burntwood fragrance not cheap. Both wicks just stayed a light giving off black smoke, not mentioning the smell. Thank you to Amazon for replacing the fragrance wasted

Genuine wick and it fits perfectly into the burner, well packaged in original box and well priced.

Disappointing
Have bought these wicks before with no problems. . These last 2 have not worked well at all. The first wouldn’t light after the 2nd use. Looked up the problem and it said maybe clogged with oil, so I washed very carefully, but the securing pin can out and I couldn’t get it back in, so I bought a replacement. The replacement lasted for one burning and then wouldn’t light!
