VANDOREN Reeds Clarinet Bb 2.5 Traditional (3 Pack)

I have used Vandoren reeds for over 50 years of playing clarinet and saxophone. They are consistently excellent. The quality of the sound produced is first rate as is the standard of cane used. They play straight out of the packet with very occasional adjustment. I have tried other brands over the years but have always gone back to Vandoren. They may be a bit more expensive than some but they are value for money to me.

This is a really good quality clarinet reed. It is easy to use and lasts a lot longer than just a regular clarinet reed. It is great value for money! It lasted a lot longer than the Rico reed I had before and creates a much smoother and dynamic sound. The postage was very good the reed came quickly and not damaged. I would recommend this to others.

The product is well made but I would have been better with a 2. I have a tool to reduce the thickness of the reed but have yet to use it! Would purchase again but not the 2.5.

I'm still learning to play the clarinet and wanted a different make and strength. These arrived on time as promised and I've tried one of them so far. Frankly I'm probably not good enough yet for 2.1/2 strength but I've tried this strength with another make and the first one seemed just slightly easier than my normal ones. I'll file them down slightly to give a strength somewhere between 2 and 2.1/2.
